  1. Take all ingredient for pakora in a small bowl mix make a batter,make small balls and deep fry, once turned golden brown, drain keep aside..
  2. In a large mixing bowl take curd and gram flour, add turmeric, chilli powder, ginger+ garlic paste, salt add 1 cup of water whisk and keep aside..
  3. Take oil in a kadhai add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds, red chilli, curry leaves saute for few second add chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste..
  4. Now add prepared besan curd mixture and mix for 15 minutes, the mixture will start to thicken cook for 10-12 minutes..
  5. Finally top with onion pakora heat off. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice..
